What is tracked
For every person and every notice, Notifyi records these steps, each with the time it happened:
- Delivered: the app or browser received it.
- Seen: it showed in the person’s inbox.
- Opened: the person opened it or tapped the notification.
- Acknowledged: the person pressed “I have read this”, when the notice asked for it.
- Link opened: the person opened the notice’s link.
A step never goes back. Nobody can set the steps of another person.
Stats
Each notice shows how many people reached each step, broken down by channel and by level. You can search the list of people for each step and download the list of people who have not seen, opened or acknowledged it as a CSV file. You see stats only for notices sent within your part of the organisation.
Verified notices
Every sent notice gets a number with your organisation’s prefix, a check link and a seal over its text. The public check page shows the organisation, the title, when it was sent, its version and whether the text still matches its seal. Print the QR code of the check link on a paper notice so anyone can check it. An Owner can turn the public check page off in Settings.
