Terms of use

These terms apply to everyone who uses Notifyi, which is run by Notifyi (company registration pending). By using Notifyi you agree to them. Write to support@notifyi.app with any question.

The service

Notifyi lets organisations send notices to people in their own structure, see who read them, run a grievance desk and use the other features of their plan. We may improve and change features over time.

Accounts

You sign up with your own email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

Organisations

An organisation that uses Notifyi is responsible for:

  • the notices it sends and the people it adds,
  • having the right to add those people and to send them notices,
  • giving roles only to people who should hold them,
  • getting any consent the law needs, including from parents or guardians of people under 18.

The plan, its limits and its price are as agreed with us. We do not take payments on this website.

Fair use

Do not use Notifyi to send spam, to mislead people, to harass anyone, to share content that is against the law, or to try to reach data that is not yours. Do not try to break or overload the service. We may suspend an account or an organisation that does.

AI help

AI help can make mistakes. Read and correct anything it drafts before you send it. A person always decides what is sent.

Availability

We work to keep Notifyi running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never stop or never have faults.

Ending

You can delete your account from your profile at any time. An organisation that stops using Notifyi is deleted after a grace period, during which it can ask us to restore it. We may end the service for an organisation that breaks these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by content an organisation sends.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

When we change these terms, we change the date at the top of this page.
