What is Notifyi?
Notifyi is a notice system for organisations. Staff send notices to exactly the right part of the organisation, and see who received, opened and acknowledged each one.
Do people need to install an app?
No. Notifyi works in the browser on any phone or computer, and can show notifications there. The Android and iPhone app uses the same account; until it is in the app stores, people use the web app.
Can one person follow more than one organisation?
Yes. One account works for every organisation a person belongs to. All notices come into one inbox, with filters.
Our structure is unusual. Will it fit?
Yes. You name your own levels, skip the levels you do not use, and add channels that sit outside the levels, such as a club or a helpdesk.
Who can send notices?
Only people whose role allows it, and only to their own part of the organisation. An HOD sends to their department; the Owner can send to everyone.
How can someone check that a notice is real?
Every notice has a number and a check link. The check page shows the organisation, the title, the time it was sent, its version, and whether the text still matches its seal.
Which languages does it support?
English and Hindi in the member app and on the web. Staff can also use AI help to translate a notice between English and Hindi.
Who can see our data?
Only the people in your organisation whose role allows it. Each organisation's data is kept apart by rules in the database itself, not only in the app.
