Reach the right people

Your organisation is a tree of channels. Levels such as College, Department and Batch give it shape, and you can skip a level or add a channel outside the levels.

• Channels follow your own structure, from the whole organisation down to one team
• Each channel chooses how people join: open, on approval, by invite only, or closed
• Following a channel brings everything sent to it and to every channel above it
• Groups cut across the tree, such as a placement cell or first aid volunteers

A priority for every notice

The priority decides how a notice arrives. Roles set the highest priority each person may send.

Notices people can trust

A printed or forwarded notice can be checked against the original.

• Every sent notice gets a number with your organisation's prefix
• A seal over the notice's text shows whether it was changed
• A public check page and a QR code for printing; you can turn the page off
• Editing a sent notice makes a new version and marks it revised
• Withdrawn notices keep a record, and every staff action goes into the audit log

A simple grievance desk

People raise a grievance against a channel. It goes to the nearest person who handles grievances there.

• Anonymous grievances: the identity is stored encrypted and handlers never see it
• Confidential grievances: only the people who handle them can see them
• Each category has a time limit; overdue grievances alert the handler and the next level
• Replies between handler and filer, internal notes, status updates and a rating at the end
• CSV exports by period and category

AI help, with a person in charge

AI helps staff write and understand. It never sends anything by itself.

• Draft a notice from a few points, in English or Hindi, in a formal, friendly or urgent tone
• Improve, shorten or translate a draft between English and Hindi
• Explain any setting in plain words
• A short summary of a long notice for readers, marked as an AI summary
• Confidential grievances never reach the AI; monthly credits come with your plan
